Dan will be joined by Santiago de Buen, ASAPP’s Product Manager. Santiago will also participate in a panel discussion to share how GenerativeAgent—a fully conversational AI voice and chat platform—is changing contact centers and improving human-technology interactions.
Dan Rood is the SVP of Marketing at ASAPP, the Generative AI leader in the customer experience space. For over 12 years Dan has been leading marketing organizations within the CX space with special emphasis on narrative frameworks to transform product positioning. Dan spent the first part of his career in B2B SaaS sales at companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, and American Express. Dan's primary passion is his wife and four kiddos. His life purpose is to perfect the smoking of a beef brisket, which has eluded him for over 5 years.
Santiago is a product manager at ASAPP, where he develops AI-first products for contact centers. His focus is on GenerativeAgent, a voice and chatbot platform built from the ground up utilizing large language models, which redefines the partnership between agents and technology through a human-in-the-loop model. He has deep expertise in AI, with experience building machine learning infrastructure prior to entering the customer experience domain.
