Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2024

Use of any ASAPP Services are subject to this Acceptable Use Policy. Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer and ASAPP.

The Customer must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using ASAPP’s Services. This includes but is not limited to privacy laws, data protection laws, and intellectual property laws.


Customer agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to, use the Services:

  • to store, transmit, or make available (a) content that is infringing, libelous, unlawful, tortious, or in violation of third-party rights, (b) content or technology that harms, interferes with, or limits the normal operation of the Services, or (c) viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
  • for illegal, threatening, or offensive uses, or for similarly objectionable purposes, such as propagating hate or violence or causing harm to others or to ASAPP’s reputation;
  • in a way that is not professional and respectful of others including using the Services to engage in any form of bias, discrimination, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior.
  • to transact in, or facilitate activities related to, misappropriating another individual’s identity, including, but not limited to, improperly obtained credit card information and/or account credentials;
  • to engage in illegal activity,including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property theft, and copyrightinfringement
  • to attempt to gain unauthorizedaccess to the Services or any related systems, including those of ASAPP’ssubcontractors and other customers or users;
  • to permit direct or indirectaccess to or use of the Services in a way that violates the Agreement or use ofthe Services to access or use any intellectual property in or related to theServices except as permitted under the Agreement;
  • to copy the Services, or any part,feature, function or user interface thereof except as expressly allowed forunder the Agreement; or
  • to build similar or competitive products or services.

Customer is responsible for determining whether the Services offer appropriate safeguards for Customer’s use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any safeguards required by applicable law or regulation, prior to transmitting or processing, or prior to permitting end users to transmit or process, any data or communications via the Services.

ASAPP may update this AUP from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
